[00:56:04] amperry: hi folks, I was just creating a new project (5.2.2) to test something out, and now when I run 'rails g scaffold checkbook', the command just hangs there. Usually this is something that takes 10s at most.
[11:49:15] learner: hey guys is there a flag for rails test to show in detail which tests are passing?
[12:49:37] snk: i have another app that's configured to show a progress bar when i run tests, and -v doesn't work
[12:51:32] learner: snk, I haven't configured anything, I've just used minitest.reporter like it was on the site
[14:53:19] dionysus69: So I am using heroku and I am setting RAILS_ENV as usual, but I noticed heroku's use of RACK_ENV, do I need to set it? or it's just waste of line?
[15:40:56] dionysus69: There's devise i18n and devise bootstrapped gem, installing one means I have to remove another, is there a solution for this?
[19:20:29] dionysus69: does anyone know of lib/templates/slim/scaffold versions of something like this? https://github.com/excid3/jumpstart/blob/master/lib/templates/erb/scaffold/_form.html.erb I just want scaffold generator to output bootstrap 4 styling
[21:47:14] dogweather: Anyone getting problems with fresh installs on a new Mac? rbenv/ruby-build can't compile
[22:16:55] dogweather: Sorry ... I don't quite have it anymore (client's site, and rvm works) --- "checking for a working c compiler... no"
[22:17:29] havenwood: dogweather: Sounds like your Command Line Tools from Apple aren't installed properly.
