[02:06:51] weteamsteve: hey is anybody online right now ? i'm having some weird problem with my development postgres db
[02:24:29] masquino: hi everyone! noob question.. how does one define a project wide enum? I need to define a Currency enum (possibly a class too) that I can use in many models and maps to an integer in the database
[02:40:41] havenwood: masquino: The enum bit sounds like a good fit for a model concern in models/concerns/
[04:28:47] gambl0re: how can i use list comprehension to create an array like ['_','_','_','_','_'] for each letter in a word
[06:17:52] cnsvc: I have both bundler v1 and v2 installed, when i run 'bundle install' in rails project, why does it always use v1 instead of v2?
[06:21:49] cnsvc: i have tried bundler v2 upgrade guides and troubleshooting wiki page, still don't get it
[06:36:23] cnsvc: when i run 'gem list' outside of project, it doesn't show v1.17.2.. and i checked gems files in .rbenv there is only 2.0.1 and 1.17.3 bundlers
[06:42:20] cnsvc: havenwood: I cleared tmp/cache/* and checked not .bundle folder under project and vendor. Still no luck.
[14:12:42] frewsxcv: if i have a activerecord instance and want to preload all the associations for it, is there a better and more stable way than ActiveRecord::Associations::Preloader ?
[15:31:45] jeremycw: Is there a tool for viewing API changes? I'm imagining something like git diff for swagger
[19:31:31] amperry: hey folks, if a controller method is reached and the console claims to have rendered a page, but the previous page still displays, are there any common causes for this?
