[12:45:55] CornishPasty: In a phoenix app, when is the "Sent 200 in Xms" message logged? Is it after the controller has completed, or is it after it has written to the TCP stream? – I guess I'm asking if a slow receiver can make the log look worse? It seems to be the case
[13:19:27] CornishPasty: Ankhers: thanks, I did see that and thought it might be the case but I wanted to double check... I think you're right though!
[13:24:39] CornishPasty: Huh TIL, thanks Ankhers

[08:21:55] CornishPasty: Is there any way to make ecto connect to multiple mysql hosts, in order to facilitate HA/failover?
[08:25:08] CornishPasty: So we'd have to implement HA/failover within our app?
[08:27:14] CornishPasty: Mmh fair enough
[08:27:33] CornishPasty: I already thought this was the case, I just wanted to double check
[08:27:34] CornishPasty: Thanks dysfun

[10:51:05] CornishPasty: elixir-lang963: the NIF should have an erlang definition where it returns nif_error
[10:53:04] CornishPasty: Yeah that's not a good nif
[10:54:21] CornishPasty: The nif should be returning http://erlang.org/doc/man/erlang.html#nif_error-1
[10:54:44] CornishPasty: That shouldn't be an error though, just a dialyser warning right?

[09:35:01] CornishPasty: And when it failed, it failed spectacularly
[09:35:20] CornishPasty: Well, I say I used it, someone else wrote the code and I had to support it on call :P

[11:18:32] CornishPasty: Can anyone help me with a time zone issue? I have a rails-api app in production, and since it's BST in the UK, our times are 1 hour ahead of UTC. If I attempt to do "2016-06-30 12:00:00".to_time, it returns that time but with an offset of 0. If I do Time.current, I get the time with the current offset! If I do Time.now, I get the UTC time...
