[20:21:01] jahrichie: Looking for some guidance. I'm building a normalizing app for our data warehouse. It takes various dbs, csvs, etc and flattens them together. Some of our vendors, like our email provider will have ever changing attributes. I'm trying to write it so the columns are created on the fly every night when the tasks runs. I can't store anything as serialized json, I need everything flat in a column for our front end data readers.
[20:21:31] jahrichie: I was thinking about using raw sql to add the columns

[07:23:53] jahrichie: I'm tryign to think of better ways to find more
[07:24:11] jahrichie: I was thinking of breaking up the names into keywords and comparing those.
[07:24:21] jahrichie: also was thinking about using a nlp library
[07:58:30] jahrichie: im using mysql right now
[07:58:48] jahrichie: but i could easily use pg

[00:09:15] jahrichie: about to ask a crappy question, so I'm sorry in advance.
[00:09:35] jahrichie: if for any reason someone was on some good sort of drugs, and wanted to allow CORS on ONE single controller action
[00:09:43] jahrichie: would that be possible ?
[00:13:56] jahrichie: about to ask a crappy question, so I'm sorry in advance.
[00:13:59] jahrichie: if for any reason someone was on some good sort of drugs, and wanted to allow CORS on ONE single controller action -- would that be possible ?
[00:22:49] jahrichie: johnisthemanbro: stacktrace?
[00:22:55] jahrichie: what's wrong?
[00:24:42] jahrichie: for one, you need to tell the code where to go home slice.
[00:25:50] jahrichie: your action doesn;t know what to do after its done
[00:25:58] jahrichie: so it looks for a view with the most logical name
[00:26:12] jahrichie: which doesn't exist
[00:26:16] jahrichie: its telling you where its looking
[00:26:31] jahrichie: you need to render and or redirect
[00:26:38] jahrichie: depending on success or fail
[00:26:46] jahrichie: google when to do which ;-)
[00:27:37] jahrichie: i'll let you figure all that out.
[00:27:51] jahrichie: you are pulling on the correct string though.
[00:37:48] jahrichie: csmrfx: i tried it at an action level, and application level in my controller. Still getting No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource???."
[00:38:03] jahrichie: i dont get it?
[00:38:16] jahrichie: i feel like i've used this in the past.
[18:01:46] jahrichie: here's a totally crazy question. is there anyway to globally set input type="password" to automatically autocomplete off
