[01:02:01] Technodrome: so i'm thinking, i need to make a dashboard, and the UI elements seem to be quite card heavy, should I use a rails backend? and if i do is there anything to help make it easier?
[01:19:58] havenwood: Technodrome: Smashing (Dashing's successor) is easy to get up and running: https://github.com/Smashing/smashing
[01:20:57] Technodrome: well the UI specs have some fancy card stuff going on, the UI is what i'm most concerned with
[01:30:42] Technodrome: havenwood so its like go a react or vue route with a node backend, or find a way to make rails make sense
[20:08:31] upsy: would someone be so kind to explain to me what this bind means 'prefixes = [prefixes] if String
[21:16:53] baweaver: namenick: Well considering the 2.5 previews were out within the last month, yeah
[21:18:46] namenick: Im interested about game developing, terminal games, 2d and 3d ones also, for now i know c and asm.Ruby can be suitable for game development also and games dont be very slow ?
[21:45:23] haylon: I guess you could for backend development. I've just never seen anyone do game development in ruby.
