[14:30:37] negev: hi, i'm running a rack application with ruby 2.5.1p57 and after some hours i see an enormous number of open files in lsof listed as "ruby-time"
[14:32:18] ua: i've just installed ubuntu 18.04 + rvm + ruby 2.5.3 and cant install gems that require ruby headers, whats up with that
[14:33:11] ua: then ive done apt-get install ruby-dev for headers (ruby version in repo being 2.5.1) and at least nokogiri does install
[17:03:08] havenwood: ua: Brightbox also maintains Ruby packages for Ubuntu: https://www.brightbox.com/blog/2018/02/05/ruby-2-5-ubuntu-packages/
